Desi ghee warming gently in a black iron kadai

FROM DADI’S KITCHEN

She cooked by instinct.
We measured only to preserve it.

Dhania Ghotala began at our family dastarkhwan. We measured the method without changing its character, so the same taste can travel from our home to yours.
